Lemon Chicken And Vegetables(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. uncooked spaghetti
    1 lb. boneless chicken
    1 green pepper, cut in half
    1 yellow squash
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package directions. Omit salt; drain and set aside. Spray grid with nonstick cooking spray. Prepare coals for grilling. Place chicken, bell peppers and squash on grill for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool and cut into 1-inch pieces. Combine parsley, garlic, lemon peel, salt and black pepper in bowl. Toss chicken, vegetables and pasta. Makes 8 servings.
