Tofu Egg Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. tofu
1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of black pepper
1/8 tsp. turmeric
1/2 tsp. shoyu
1 green pepper, minced
1 stalk celery, minced
2 to 3 stalks green onion, minced
Preparation
-
Mash tofu until crumbly.
Add rest of ingredients except vegetables.
Mix well and then add vegetables.
Eat like salad or may be used as spread.
