Ingredients

1 ham
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. fruit juice
whole cloves
Preparation

Place ham, fat side up, on a rack in shallow pan.
Do not cover or add water.
Score ham fat in diamonds (about 1/4-inch deep).
Roast in slow 325\u00b0 oven for 4 to 6 hours according to size.
