Russell'S Linguine And Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks oleo
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 Tbsp. white wine
    1 lb. peeled shrimp
    1 lb. cooked linguine
    2 c. (about 8 oz.) steamed spinach or other greens
    1 tomato, sliced
    8 oz. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 to 2 tsp. dried basil or 1/4 c. fresh basil
    grated Romano cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion, garlic and shrimp in oleo until shrimp are done. Add wine.
    Add cooked linguine and toss until hot.
    Add steamed spinach, tomato, mushrooms and basil.
    Toss to heat through.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Serve immediately.
    Serves 6.
