Frozen Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 heads cabbage
    2 tsp. salt
    1 bell pepper
    1 large carrot
    1 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Chop cabbage; add salt.
    Let stand 1 hour.
    Chop bell pepper and carrot and add to cabbage.
    Bring to a boil, the vinegar, water, sugar, celery seed and mustard seed.
    Pour boiling hot over cabbage.
    Stir well and let cool.
    Pack in containers and freeze.
