Asparagus Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic
    2 c. water
    1 lb. fresh asparagus
    1 stalk lovage
    1 handful parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute in oil the onion and garlic.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Pour into a blender or food processor and blend.
