Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix beef, crackers, 1/2 the can of tomato sauce, egg and seasoning.
    Shape into loaf.
    Put into loaf pan.
    Combine remaining sauce with 3/4 cup water, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 2 teaspoons brown sugar.
    Pour over loaf.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 45 minutes.
