Gnocchi - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. boiled potatoes, mashed
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 1/4 c. flour
Preparation

Place mashed potatoes, eggs and salt in bowl and mix thoroughly.
Add 1 1/2 cups of flour and mix well.
Place dough on floured board and add rest of flour.
Knead 3 to 4 minutes.
(If dough becomes too sticky, sprinkle the board with more flour.)
