Rachel'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. bread crumbs (saltines)
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. ketchup
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Add bread crumbs, milk and egg into a bowl.
    Let stand for 10 minutes.
    Add meat, onion, salt and pepper.
    Shape into loaf and spread ketchup on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
