Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 c. diced fresh apples
3 c. plain flour
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. walnuts
Preparation

Cream Wesson oil and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Sift dry ingredients; mix with oil, eggs and flour mixture.
Add nuts and apples.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
