Aunt Sarah'S Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken, cut in bite size pieces
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/3 c. chicken stock
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    2 sleeves of Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Crush Ritz crackers, medium fine.
    Pour on butter and mix. In another bowl, combine soup, sour cream, and chicken stock and mix well.
    Line casserole dish with 1/3 of cracker mixture.
    Add layer of chicken and soup mixture.
    Repeat layers.
    Top with last 1/3 of cracker mixture.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
