Imperial Deviled Crab - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk (can use whipping cream)
1 lb. deluxe crab meat
2 hard boiled eggs, minced
few capers
few pimentos, chopped
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
5 crab shells
Preparation
-
Melt butter in sauce pan.
Add flour, stir until smooth.
Add all remaining ingredients, except crumbs and shells.
Mix well and put into crab shells.
Sprinkle with crumbs and bake in hot oven for 10 minutes.
