Broccoli And Cheese Soup(Ultra Low-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth, defatted
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 tsp. dry onion flakes
1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
1 Tbsp. Molly McButter
1/4 c. fat-free sour cream
4 slices Kraft fat-free American cheese
black pepper to taste
Preparation

In medium saucepan, simmer chicken broth, broccoli, celery and onion flakes 10 minutes.
Add evaporated milk, Molly McButter and sour cream.
Simmer 1 minute.
Do not boil.
Break cheese into small pieces and drop into soup.
Stir and simmer until cheese melts.
Add black pepper.
Serve.
Recipe makes 4 servings.
