Italian Soft Crabs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. olive oil
    1/3 c. butter
    minced garlic
    garlic powder
    2 oz. white wine
Preparation
    Saute minced garlic in olive
    oil and butter.
    Sprinkle soft crabs with garlic powder and
    saute.
    Add
    2 ounces white wine; cook until crabs are reddish.
    When
    done, place on foil covered cookie sheet.
    Cover with
    foil.
    Place
    in
    300\u00b0 oven for 5 minutes.
    Serve at once.
