Paradise Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. saltine crackers, crushed fine
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Beat egg whites with pinch of salt and vanilla.
Mix cracker crumbs with pecans and baking powder.
To egg whites, fold in sugar.
Fold dry ingredients into egg white mixture.
Bake in ungreased pie pan at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Cool.
Add vanilla ice cream or whipped cream to the pie shell.
Freeze for a few hours if desired.
