Ingredients

1 (20 oz) pkg refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 (8 oz) carton Cool Whip, thawed
2 - 3 Kiwi fruits, peeled and thinly sliced
1 - 2 firm bananas, sliced
1 (11 oz) can Mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup red grapes, halved
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
2 Tbsp water
1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
1 Tbsp lemon juice
pinch salt
Preparation

Pat cookie dough into ungreased 14 inch pizza pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 - 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool.
In a mixing bowl, beat cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over the crust.
Arrange fruit on top until pleasing in appearance.
In a saucepan, bring sugar, orange juice, water, lemon juice, cornstarch and salt to a boil, stirring constantly for 2 minutes, or until thickened.
Cool, then brush over fruit.
Store in refrigerator.
