Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. sugar
1 stick butter, melted
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 sticks butter (soft enough to cream)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. powdered sugar
2 large bananas
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. each: shredded coconut, sliced strawberries and coarsely chopped pecans
2 c. heavy cream
2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine granulated sugar, 1 stick melted butter and graham cracker crumbs; mix well.
Line a 9 x 12-inch dish or pan with crumbs.
Combine 2 sticks butter, 1 teaspoon extract and 2 cups powdered sugar; beat with electric mixer 15 minutes on medium speed.
Pour over crumbs.
