Seafood Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 onion, diced
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 c. carrots, sliced
    2 c. okra, sliced
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. margarine
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    2 tsp. chicken bouillon
    1 lb. shrimp, peeled
    1 lb. crab
    pepper to taste
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 to 1 1/8 c. chilled seltzer or club soda
Preparation
    In a bowl, whisk together flour and salt. Whisk in 1 cup seltzer, whisking until smooth, and let batter stand 10 minutes. If necessary, thin batter with enough remaining seltzer to reach consistency of crepe batter.
