Ingredients

4 1/2 c flour
1 c sugar
1 Tbsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 c cider
4 Tbsp corn oil
1 tbsp vanilla
2 eggs
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients, Mix liquid ingredients in a blender. Combine dry and wet ingredients together. Pat with flour until not sticky. Chill 1 hour. Roll out dough and cut, deep fry 2 minutes.
