Ella'S Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. milk (lukewarm)
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/4 lb. ground pork
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    2 slices white bread
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. light cream (half and half)
Preparation
    Beat egg; pour warm milk over bread.
    Mix butter, sugar and spices together.
    Add meat; mix well.
    Add to egg and bread.
    Roll in meat balls.
    Brown in 2 tablespoons butter in skillet.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Mix flour, salt, pepper, water and light cream.
    Pour over meat balls in casserole and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
