Halibut Jardiniere(Microwave Method) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 halibut steaks (Market Day)
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    dash of salt
    2 tsp. minced onion
    1/4 c. diced zucchini
    1/4 c. diced tomatoes
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter in a small dish in microwave.
    Mix in salt and minced onions.
    Spoon over steaks.
    Cover and heat 2 minutes on High power (rotate after 1 minute).
    Spoon zucchini and tomatoes over steaks.
    Cover; heat 1 minute on High.
    Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
    Heat 1 minute on High or until steaks flake easily.
    Do not overcook!
