Smoked Trout Or Salmon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rock salt
1 c. brown sugar
2 qt. water
1 Tbsp. fresh garlic
1 tsp. onion powder
1 Tbsp. ground pepper
1 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. pickling spices
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Soak fish fillets in brine for 8 hours or more.
Smoke 4 to 8 hours, depending on thickness of fish.
Do not overcook or will be dry.
