Swedish Green Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large Irish potatoes
3/4 c. light cream
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 lb. butter
2 Tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped chives
2 1/2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill leaves or 1 1/2 tsp. dried dill leaves
1 frozen 10 oz. pkg. chopped spinach, cooked according to directions and drained (reserve liquid)
Preparation

Boil potatoes until tender, peel and mash.
Add cream, sugar, butter, salt and pepper.
Beat until fluffy.
Add chives, dill, and spinach.
Beat again.
Taste for personal seasonings.
Add reserved liquid, if needed.
Put in a 1 1/2-quart greased casserole dish.
Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
