Hungarian Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 lb. beef cubes
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/3 c. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. brown sugar
    1 c. water
    1 beef bouillon cube
    dash of cayenne
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    flour (to thicken)
Preparation
    Saute onions until opaque.
    Add beef and brown.
    Add the rest of the ingredients except the flour.
    Cook covered 1 1/2 hours on low heat.
    When done salt and pepper to taste.
    Thicken with flour mixed in cold water.
    Serve over broad noodles.
