Rhubarb Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sliced rhubarb
    rind and juice of 1 lemon
    4 c. granulated sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    1 c. flour
    1/4 c. unsalted butter
    1/4 c. dark brown sugar
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 c. quick cooking oatmeal
Preparation
    Set oven to 400\u00b0.
    Butter large baking dish.
    In a bowl, toss together rhubarb (cut into 1-inch chunks), lemon rind and juice, sugar, flour, nutmeg and butter (cut into tiny pieces).
    Transfer this mixture to baking dish.
    Cover with topping made by mixing together in a bowl and using a pastry blender, the flour, cut up unsalted butter, brown sugar, spices and oatmeal.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until mixture is bubbling and top is golden brown.
