Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed
    1 c. sour cream
    butter (if desired)
    grated Cheddar cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    salt and pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix potatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper, butter and garlic powder.
    Pour into a shallow baking dish.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is bubbly.
