Freezer Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter
    22 c. corn (approximately 40 ears)
    1 tsp. half and half
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut corn off ears.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bake in oven at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
    Cool, package and freeze.
