Chocolate-Caramel Oatmeal Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. quick-cooking oats
    1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. margarine, softened
    1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    3/4 c. caramel ice cream topping
    1/4 c. chocolate fudge ice cream topping
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine 2 cups flour, oats, brown sugar, soda and salt in a large bowl.
    Add margarine and beat at low speed of an electric mixer until mixture is crumbly.
    Press half of mixture in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    (Reserve remaining crumb mixture.)
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Remove from oven. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and pecans.
