Glazed Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground turkey breast meat
1/2 c. fat-free crackers, processed to fine crumbs, or fat- free bread crumbs
1 c. cooked brown rice
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. grated carrots
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard (spicy or Dijon)
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ground thyme
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. white pepper (optional)
1/4 c. no-salt tomato sauce
2 egg whites
6 Tbsp. no-salt ketchup
2 Tbsp. honey
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine all ingredients, except ketchup and honey and mix well.
Turn mixture into a 7 or 8-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes, until firm and brown on top. Combine ketchup and honey.
Spread evenly over top of loaf and bake 5 minutes longer.
If desired, serve with no-salt ketchup.
Yields 6 servings.
