Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild sausage
    2 1/2 c. white bread, cubed
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    6 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook and drain sausage, crumbled.
    Put layer of bread cubes in bottom of dish.
    Cover with layer of sausage; continue alternating layers, ending with sausage.
    Mix grated cheese, eggs, milk, salt and mustard.
    Mix well and pour over sausage and bread.
    Let mixture set overnight in refrigerator, covered.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 45 minutes in 8 x 12-inch pan.
    Can be doubled.
