Hobo Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 large onions
    1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    6 large potatoes, thin sliced
Preparation
    Press ground beef into bottom of 2 1/2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with evaporated milk, salt and pepper. Layer potatoes, onion, soup and cheese over top. Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
