Cabbage Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage, chopped
1 c. onions, chopped
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1 small jar pimentos, chopped
2 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine. Bring to a hard boil and pour over first 4 ingredients. Stir occasionally to be sure all cabbage is covered with vinegar. Store at least overnight in covered container in refrigerator. Keeps indefinitely.
