Golden Velvet Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
    4 slices Swiss cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. white cooking wine
    1 c. crushed croutons (herb flavored)
Preparation
    Place chicken breasts in shallow baking dish.
    Place 1/2 slice cheese on each breast.
    Mix soup, juice, mayo and wine.
    Pour this over cheese and sprinkle all with crushed croutons.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
