Old Timey Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pie crusts
6 sweet potatoes, sliced real thin
about 3 to 6 small pieces butter
3/4 to 1 c. white sugar
3 Tbsp. water
1 to 2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Put into bottom of 1 pie shell the sweet potatoes.
Add butter on top.
Sprinkle cinnamon, white sugar and water on butter, then put on top layer crust.
Bake 1 hour, until brown, at 350\u00b0.
Put holes in top crust.
