Penne Pasta With Vodka Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. penne pasta, cooked and drained
1/4 c. olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes in puree
2 Tbsp. vodka
1/2 c. heavy cream
Preparation

Combine olive oil, garlic and pepper. Cook over moderate heat until garlic is lightly golden. Stir in tomatoes and simmer 15 minutes. Add cooked pasta to tomato sauce. Add vodka. Reduce heat to low and add cream. Cook for 2 minutes and serve topped with parsley.
