Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. raw apples
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Dice apples (with or without peelings) in greased baking dish. Pour slightly beaten eggs over apples.
Combine the rest of the ingredients separately and pour over apples and eggs.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
