Beef In Mushroom And Red Wine Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. cubed beef for stew
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Lipton onion or beef onion soup
1/2 c. red cooking wine
Preparation

Season; marinate or tenderize beef to taste (if desired). Place beef and all other ingredients into crock-pot and stir; mix well.
Cook on high for 5 to 6 hours or until beef is cooked to your preference.
Serve over buttered noodles, rice, pasta or mashed potatoes.
