Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. grated carrots
1 c. pecans
1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
-
Mix first five ingredients. Add last four. Mix and pour into 3 round sprayed cake pans and cook for 30 minutes on 300 degrees.
