Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 med bag instant rice
    1/2 can evaporated milk
    2 small boxes raisins
    2 eggs separated
    1/4 c sugar
    1/2 tsp vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg whites, blend in sugar.
    Cook rice about 2 minutes. Mix all other ingredients together.
    Blend in egg whites to mixture while hot.
    Place mixture in baking dish.
    Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
    Cool and serve.
