Camaron Ala Embotido(Roll-Up Shrimp Filipino Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 pieces large shrimp
    1 oz. pork meat
    1 small can sausage
    20 pieces egg roll wrap (sold in Oriental store)
    1 stalk celery
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Skin shrimp with tail on.
    Part the shrimp at the back, not cutting through.
    Slice pork equal length with the shrimp, so with celery and sausage.
    Marinate pork and shrimp with the soy sauce. Place shrimp on the wrap; stuff with the pork, sausage and celery. Roll and wrap.
    Seal wrap with egg white.
    Deep fry until golden brown.
