Never Fail Pie Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 level tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    1 egg
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Cut in shortening.
    Beat egg, water and vinegar.
    Blend into dry ingredients.
    Form into ball.
    Divide into thirds.
    Roll out on floured board.
    Will keep in refrigerator.
    Yields 3 crusts.
