Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked zucchini, peeled, seeded and blended
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix in blender all of the ingredients.
    Pour into an unbaked 9-inch pie shell.
    Sprinkle top with cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Bake 10 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Then bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Center of pie should be set.
