Pickled Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1 onion, sliced
    1 bell pepper, sliced
    1 small can tomato soup
    1 lb. bag raw carrots
Preparation
    Wash and slice carrots.
    Cook until tender.
    Set aside and mix first three items and bring to boil.
    Add sliced onions and bell pepper and cook for a short time, then add the can of soup.
    Cook until onion and bell pepper are tender.
    Add cooked carrots and bring to a boil.
