Fudge Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 can cream
    1 egg
    1/2 c. hot water
    1/2 stick butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar, cocoa and cream in saucepan.
    Mix well.
    Add water and
    egg.
    Cook
    over
    slow heat until soft ball stage. Remove from
    heat and add butter.\tAdd vanilla.
    Beat about 2 minutes until nice and glossy.
