Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. yellow squash, cooked and mashed
1 onion, cooked in squash
4 pieces chicken breasts or legs and thighs, cooked separately
1 tsp. butter or margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crumbs
1 pkg. grated mild or sharp cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well, except chicken.
It should be boiled until tender.
Take off bones and place in bottom of Pyrex dish or can be mixed with rest.
Save some crackers and cheese for top of casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
