Oven Easy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken, cut up
    salt and pepper
    flour
    1/4 c. margarine
Preparation
    Start heating oven to 425\u00b0.
    Salt and pepper chicken to taste. Season flour with a little salt and pepper or seasoning of your choice.
    Coat chicken with flour.
    In shallow, open pan in oven, melt butter.
    Remove pan from oven; in it, arrange chicken in single layer skin side down.
    Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes.
    Turn; bake 15 minutes or
    until brown and fork-tender.
