Ruby Pickle'S Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium yellow onion
    1 small bunch celery
    1 gal. chicken broth
    2 double batches cornbread
    4 to 6 biscuits
    5 slices bread
    2 tsp. sage
    1 Tbsp. pepper
Preparation
    Chop finely the onion and celery.
    Mix together and cook until tender in a small amount of broth.
    Warm the remaining broth. Finely crumble the cornbread, biscuits and bread, stir in the sage and pepper, add onion mixture and approximately 3 quarts warm broth.
    Mix well.
    (This should be juicy.)
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Stir well and add more broth if needed. Bake uncovered 20 minutes or more until browned to taste.
