Favorite Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/4 c. grated onion
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Preparation
    Let potatoes thaw slightly and break apart.
    Spread in 2 1/2-quart ungreased casserole.
    In a mixing bowl, combine onion, garlic salt, soup and sour cream. Spread this on top of potatoes and mix. Bake 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven. Remove from oven and top with cheese.
    Return to oven until cheese is melted. Serves 6.
