Unbelievable Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. uncooked macaroni
2 c. small curd Light 'n Lively cottage cheese
1 c. light sour cream
1 beaten egg
3/4 tsp. salt
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Cook macaroni according to directions.
Combine all ingredients in deep baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. When done, you may want to sprinkle top with cheese and run under broiler.
