Bagels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. canola oil
    1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. white flour
    2 tsp. dry yeast
Preparation
    Knead together ingredients until soft.
    Let rise until twice its size.
    Cut into 12 portions.
    Roll into soft ball.
    Make a hole in center with thumb (should resemble a doughnut).
    Place on a greased cookie sheet with wax paper lining.
    Cover with a wet towel and place in a warm place for 30 to 40 minutes, until double in size.
    Dip each ring into boiling water for 2 minutes, turning twice.
    Place on a lightly oiled baking pan.
    Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
